Renovation: 13731 Sprucewood Drive

This renovation project is a real design case assessment to give the opportunity to showcase residential design skills. The client has requested the following: a bigger pantry (does not have to be walk in), smaller office, larger laundry room, smaller guest bed/bath, larger master closet, free standing tub in master, two vanities or one double vanity along with an enclosed toilet in master, and new tile and vanity in J&J bathroom. Client Budget: $150k-$180k
